The Ursus Institute is dedicated to the fight against human trafficking. Stella is a new tool in that fight. Stella uses the existing mobile hardware infrastructure to enable first-hand data input. It has a cloud-based infrastructure, allowing the aggregation of data across multiple municipalities, states, and countries.
